CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
At GDW HEALTH TRAVEL TOURISM AGENCY (TÜRSAB License No: 10082), all cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be made by the participant who completed the reservation. In the event of cancellation, the following terms and conditions will apply. Please note that all cancellation fees are considered liquidated damages and do not constitute a penalty.
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TOURS
If your cancellation request is submitted within 14 days prior to the departure date, the following charges will apply:
Days Before Departure Cancellation Fee (% of Total Tour Cost)
7 to 14 days 50%
0 to 6 days or no-show 100% (No refund)
IMPORTANT
All domestic and international flight tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. For this reason, flight tickets will be purchased within 14 days of your initial booking date, and a copy of the ticket(s) will be shared with you accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SHORE EXCURSIONS AND DAY TOURS
Shore excursions and day tours that do not include flights may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time without any cancellation fee, except for hot air balloon rides and airplane tickets, which are non-refundable once booked.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time will be charged 100% of the total tour cost and will be treated as a “No Show.”
