These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by GDW Travel (“GDW,” “we,” or “us”), including access to our website www.gdwtravel.com (the “Site”) and any related services such as vacation packages, guided tours, accommodation reservations, transportation services, and other travel-related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “User,” “you,” or “your” refer to any individual accessing the Site or using our Services.
By accessing our Site or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as any additional policies disclosed during the booking process. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or book any Services. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

These Terms may include provisions limiting liability and legal rights. By using our Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these provisions.
Your privacy is important to us. GDW Travel does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Any personal data you provide (including name, address, phone number, or email) is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use our Services independently.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Currency and Payments: Prices are primarily displayed in Euros (EUR) and may also be shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars, with exchange rates updated daily and incorporated into pricing.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, and JCB. All payments are processed securely and may appear on your statement as “GDW HEALTH TRAVEL TOURISM AGENCY.”
Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as government regulations, museum fees, or supplier cost increases.
Promotional Codes: Promotional codes are subject to specific terms, may only be used once per booking, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers may result in booking cancellation.
All modification requests must be submitted through our Customer Support team.
For tours without special-entry tickets, modification requests made more than 24 hours prior to tour start time may be accommodated without additional charge, subject to availability.
For tours including limited-entry or pre-booked attractions, modification requests must be submitted at least 35 days prior to the tour date.
GDW Travel reserves the right to substitute, modify, or cancel any tour when necessary for operational or safety reasons.
Cancellation Requests: Cancellations may be submitted via the booking platform or by contacting Customer Support.
Small Group Tours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a refund, less applicable fees.
Private Tours: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour start time may be refunded, minus cancellation costs.
Non-Refundable Services: Domestic and international flights, certain museum tickets, hot air balloon rides, and pre-purchased event tickets are non-refundable.

In cases beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or similar events — GDW Travel may issue a credit voucher instead of a cash refund.
Credit vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
All tour times are based on the local time zone of the destination. Users are responsible for providing accurate and active contact details (phone number and email) at the time of booking to ensure timely communication regarding updates or changes.
GDW Travel is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, illness, or accidents occurring during tours or services. Participation in tours is at the traveler’s own risk. Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings at all times.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and personal belongings. GDW Travel does not act as an insurance provider and bears no responsibility for insurance claims.
Guests requiring special assistance or accommodations must notify us at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, accessibility may be limited, particularly at historical or remote locations. Guests requiring assistance must travel with a capable companion.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Accurate information regarding minors must be provided during booking to avoid complications or additional charges.
While tours are planned with consideration for public holidays and known closures, unexpected government decisions, strikes, or local events may affect operations. Alternative arrangements may be offered when possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, and logos — is the exclusive property of GDW Travel or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant GDW Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and promote such content in connection with our Services.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. GDW Travel is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. Access to third-party sites is at the user’s own risk.
Content shared on blogs, forums, or social media platforms must be lawful and respectful. Offensive, defamatory, spam, or copyrighted content posted without authorization may be removed, and users may be restricted or banned.
By using the Site and Services, you confirm that:
You are legally authorized to make bookings.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or Services.
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” GDW Travel makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted access.
GDW Travel’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GDW Travel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Users accessing the Site from outside Türkiye are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
